Full-Service Bartenders

River Hill Grill is seeking qualified bartenders to join our team on either a part-time or full-time basis. We are looking for dependable, guest-focused candidates who can thrive in a fast-paced, full-service bar environment while helping create the energetic, welcoming atmosphere our guests know and love.

As a neighborhood restaurant and bar built around great food, live music, sports, and community, our bartenders play a key role in delivering a strong guest experience from the moment guests sit down.

Responsibilities include:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to restaurant standards
Provide friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable service to bar guests
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area
Follow all alcohol service laws and restaurant policies
Assist with bar prep, restocking, and side work throughout each shift
Work efficiently during high-volume service, live music nights, and sporting events
Communicate clearly with management, servers, and support staff
Help create a positive and team-oriented work environment

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience working in a full-service bar preferred
Part-time and full-time availability considered
Sunday availability is required to start
Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Sports and live music knowledge is not required, but preferred, as it helps connect with our guests and fits the River Hill Grill atmosphere
Must be reliable, professional, and team-oriented
