Overview

Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Warehouse Worker / Forklift Operator, where your skills and work ethic play a key role in keeping our operations safe, efficient, and organized. In this hands-on position, you will operate material-handling equipment, support shipping and receiving activities, and help maintain smooth warehouse workflows. We’re looking for a reliable, safety-focused team player with strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse
Load and unload trucks, trailers, and ocean containers using proper lifting techniques and in compliance with OSHA standards
Support shipping and receiving operations by verifying inbound and outbound shipments for accuracy
Perform general materials-handling tasks, including pallet stacking, inventory organization, and maintaining a clean work environment
Update and utilize the warehouse management system for inventory tracking and order processing
Work closely with warehouse supervisors to improve storage methods, efficiency, and overall workflow

Requirements

Experience in warehouse distribution, light packing, or similar fast-paced environments
Proven forklift experience and ability to operate pallet jacks
Mechanical aptitude or experience operating heavy equipment preferred
Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and safe materials-handling practices
Experience using scanners and basic computer skills is a must
Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes, including loading and unloading
Prior warehouse experience is a plus
