Position Summary

We are seeking a polished, energetic, and detail-oriented Server Assistant to support our service team. This role is essential to maintaining the flow of service and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to guests promptly and accurately
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, including resetting tables
Support service flow by clearing and polishing glassware, flatware, and plates
Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house teams
Anticipate guest needs and assist in delivering a seamless dining experience
Uphold all service standards in line with luxury hospitality expectations

Qualifications

Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred (but not required)
Strong work ethic and team-first mentality
Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Passion for hospitality and guest service
