MD Partitions a specialty subcontractor constructionfirm is seeking a motivated individual to assist with administrative duties. As an Administrative Assistant, you will:

Provide direct support to the Officers of MDP as well as overall support to Project Managers and staff
Create and maintain project submittal packets and close-out files
Assist with field staff coordination and onboarding
Filing of A/P, credit card statements, vendor payments, and project activity files
Act as 1st point of contact for MDP and potential customers
Track shipment of materials from factory via freight vendors to ensure deliverable deadlines are met
Serves as the point of contact with the building for suite and building related issues and communicates with staff regarding building or suite issues
Material Purchase Orders and Order Tracking
Maintain contract and project activity in Trello and DropBox

Skills

MS Office Word and Excel required
Experience in general office administration
Excellent communication skills
Strong ability to organize, prioritize, coordinate, and multi-task
Ability to be dependable
Enjoy working with a team
Attention to Detail

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferred or 1-2 years related experience
Able to work a 40-hour work week- 8:30am- 5pm
