Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate French Pastry Chef and Master Bread Makers to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pastry arts, baking, and food presentation, with a keen eye for detail and creativity. Duties

Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods with precision and consistency
Decorate cakes and pastries using advanced cake decorating techniques to create visually appealing products
Package finished products carefully for retail or catering purposes, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
Assist in food production and food preparation processes within the bakery or kitchen setting
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry station, adhering to food safety standards
Collaborate with team members to develop new recipes and improve existing offerings
Handle food safely, following proper food handling procedures at all times
Support catering events by preparing specialty desserts and overseeing presentation

Skills

Extensive pastry experience with strong cake decorating skills
Proficiency in baking, food preparation, and food industry best practices
Excellent knife skills and familiarity with various kitchen tools and equipment
Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Strong culinary experience, including cooking, food production, and kitchen experience in restaurant or bakery settings
Customer service skills to interact professionally with clients or event organizers when needed
Experience in packaging baked goods for retail or catering purposes
Creative flair combined with technical skills in cake decorating and pastry presentation
