La Guerita Multi-Service provides Notary Public, Individual Tax Preparation, and other essential services. A staple in the community for nearly 2 decades.

Our ideal candidate is:

Bilingual (Fluent Spanish and English)
Can read and write in both languages proficiently
Available Week Days, as well as Saturday's and Sunday's
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong customer service skills
Quick learner
Responsible

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Faxing and receiving documents; Making copies
Composing letters
Processing mobile recharges
Transmitting money transfers
Filling out envelopes and money orders
Assisting Notary Public

Customer Service experience is required.

Training:

Candidate will receive training. Training is paid and is typically 2 weeks.

Training does not guarantee hire. Candidate will be hired upon satisfactory completion of training.

Work Environment:

Casual work environment. Employees receive raises every year, as well as yearly bonuses, and Holiday gifts. Employees also receive paid vacation each year.

Employee should expect to work up to 40 hours per week. Shift hours may be from Monday's-Saturday's from 10am-7pm and on Sunday's from 10am-4pm, with 2 days off per week. Employee may also be scheduled for half-day shifts.
