Our small growing busy construction company is seeking an organized bilingual receptionist to support our office with clerical and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have great computer, communication and time management skills. Previous experience in the industry is helpful, but not required. An bilingual receptionist will help with various task in the office but not limited to:

Greeting visitors and handling inquiries
Answering the telephone promptly and courteously
Responding to emails
Organizing incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
Execute clerical and general office duties such as setting up filing systems, data entry, typing, copying, scanning, filing ordering office supplies, and other administrative tasks for special projects as requested
Updating database records
Maintaining the reception area
Providing refreshments
Organizing meeting rooms
Dealing with payments and invoices
Provide administrative support to the office manager, project manager, general contractor, and other construction management staff

Full-Time position. 40 hours. Normal schedule will be Monday-Friday, 8 AM- 5 PM, depending on work demands.

Familiarity with the construction industry is desired, but not required
Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills are needed
Proficient in computer skills, especially MS Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
