Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Receptionist/Legal Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be computer literate, and demonstrate a keen ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Duties

Greet visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary.
Manage scheduling and appointments for staff members.
Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks as needed.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Provide support for various administrative projects as assigned.
Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
Serve as a personal assistant to management when required.
Ensure a clean and organized reception area.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in administration is a plus.
Proven experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role is preferred.
Bilingual proficiency is a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clients.
Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
Strong time management abilities to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Attention to detail, particularly in proofreading documents for accuracy.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
