Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Box Truck Driver and take on an energetic role that keeps goods moving efficiently across routes! This is a 1099 pay job and pays weekly, will be home every two weeks, needs 1 year experience in driving 26ft box trucks driving and delivery of freight safely and on time. Your expertise in driving various truck types, will ensure our customers receive their shipments promptly and in excellent condition. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your driving skills while contributing to a fast-paced logistics operation that values safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Safely operate box trucks, including manual transmission vehicles, along designated routes to deliver freight efficiently.
Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment such as palle jack and ensuring proper handling of freight.
Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs for inbound and outbound shipments.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with transportation regulations.
Follow all route schedules, traffic laws, and safety protocols to guarantee timely deliveries while prioritizing safety at all times.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers to coordinate delivery schedules and resolve any issues promptly.

Qualifications

Proven experience in truck driving, including delivery
Proficiency in operating manual transmission vehicles
Ability to load & unload freight safely using pallet jack if needed
Strong knowledge of route driving best practices and traffic regulations to ensure safe transportation of goods
