Restaurant Manager

Draper’s is seeking an experienced and driven Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, elevate guest experience, and support a high-performing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house staff to maintain high service standards
Provide hands-on support during service, resolving guest concerns with professionalism and care
Manage scheduling, labor costs, and team performance
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies
Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to maintain quality and consistency
Assist with inventory, ordering, and cost control
Support marketing initiatives, events, and promotions

Qualifications:

2+ years of restaurant management experience (full-service preferred)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
Knowledge of POS systems (Toast experience is a plus)
Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment
