Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender / Server to join our vibrant hospitality team. Pay rate is $10 per hour plus tips. Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS.
Take food and drink orders accurately, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high standards of customer service.
Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities with precision, including processing payments and giving correct change using retail math skills.
Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling procedures and food safety regulations.
Assist with food service during busy periods, including serving at nightclubs, banquets, or catering events.
Engage with guests in a friendly manner, providing recommendations and creating a lively yet professional atmosphere.
Manage time effectively during shifts to balance multiple tables or bar stations while ensuring quality service at all times.
Support the team by restocking supplies, cleaning work areas, and ensuring compliance with health regulations.

Experience

Previous restaurant or food industry experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings.
Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous for efficient order processing.
Experience in serving alcohol responsibly and knowledge of food safety practices are essential for success in this role.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally and positively.
Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math for sales transactions, and managing tabs accurately.
Knowledge of hospitality standards related to brewing, catering, and food handling enhances your ability to excel in this position.
