Overview
We are seeking a skilled and personable Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate has a passion for hospitality, strong knowledge of classic cocktails, and the ability to perform well in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while delivering attentive and engaging service.

Key Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and provide professional, attentive bar service
Prepare and serve classic cocktails, wine, beer, and specialty beverages with consistency and accuracy
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, service wells, and surrounding areas
Accurately process cash and credit card transactions
Deliver consistent, high-quality service to bar and dining room guests
Handle guest concerns with professionalism and efficiency
Maintain strong knowledge of classic cocktails and Greek wines
Communicate clearly and work collaboratively with servers, bartenders, and management

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Bartender in a comparable restaurant or bar
Strong knowledge of classic cocktails and bar techniques
Ability to perform well in high-volume, fast-paced environments
Experience with TOAST POS systems
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Warm, personable demeanor with a genuine passion for hospitality

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $3.63 per hour
