Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests by delivering high-quality service and ensuring their needs are met promptly.

Duties

Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system.
Provide detailed information about menu items, including specials and recommendations.
Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining high standards of presentation.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for events or special occasions.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and address any guest concerns promptly.
Uphold food handling safety standards at all times to ensure guest safety.

Experience

Previous experience in a server role or similar position is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous.
Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on sales techniques to enhance guest experiences.
Ability to manage time effectively while multitasking in a busy environment.
Knowledge of food handling regulations and sanitation practices is essential.
