We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to manage the daily operations of our front office while supporting the financial and administrative side of the business.

Cheney Flashing is a sheet metal fabricator specializing in commercial construction products serving the commercial construction industry. Cheney Flashing is a subsidiary of US Masonry and Building Products.

This role works closely with company leadership and plays an important part in keeping operations organized, customers supported, and financial records accurate.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily front office operations
Handle customer invoicing and payment tracking
Communicate with customers regarding orders, billing, and account status
Assist with project quoting and job tracking
Coordinate with management on operational tasks and reporting
Maintain organized records and assist with administrative tasks across the business
Maintain QuickBooks including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and financial tracking

Qualifications:

Strong communication and customer service skills
Computer proficiency (G-Suite and Microsoft Office)
Ability to work independently and support a small and efficient team
High attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred (but not required):

Experience using QuickBooks
Experience in manufacturing or construction
Understanding of basic accounting principles

Schedule:

Full-time
Monday – Friday
40 hours per week

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: $65,000 – $85,000 per year, depending on experience
