Our collaborative team of BCBAs, RBTs, and Speech-Language Pathologists works together to create engaging learning experiences that help children build communication, social, daily living, and independence skills.

We are seeking compassionate, energetic, and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team and make a lasting impact in the lives of children and families.

Key Responsibilities

Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
Support the development of communication, social, play, self-help, and daily living skills.
Use naturalistic, play-based teaching strategies to promote engagement and learning.
Collect and record accurate data during therapy sessions to monitor client progress.
Assist with behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs using evidence-based practices.
Collaborate with BCBAs and fellow team members to support client goals.
Participate in team meetings, supervision sessions, and ongoing professional development.
Foster a positive, supportive, and fun therapeutic environment for clients and families.
Adhere to ethical standards established by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) and all applicable regulations.

BCBA Trainee Opportunities

RBTs pursuing BCBA certification may have opportunities to:

Accrue unrestricted fieldwork hours under qualified supervision.
Participate in treatment planning and program development activities.
Assist with assessments and skill acquisition program design.
Attend parent training sessions and multidisciplinary collaboration meetings.
Gain mentorship and professional development from experienced BCBAs and clinical leadership.
Build competencies necessary for advancement into a BCBA role.

QualificationsRequired

Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to pass background and reference checks.
Reliable transportation.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to engage actively with children throughout therapy sessions, including sitting on the floor, lifting up to 50 pounds, and participating in play activities.

Preferred

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, Child Development, Social Work, or a related field.
Previous experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
Experience in a center-based ABA setting.
