Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment (Must be 21 to pour alcohol). The ideal candidate will possess an inner desire to serve others, a passion for providing exceptional customer service and have experience in the food industry. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have the most enjoyable dining experience by delivering high-quality service, detail-oriented, and careful taking through orders accurately, and maintaining a welcoming and clean atmosphere.

Duties

Must be friendly, and love to make customers the center of focus.
Greet and seat guests promptly while providing menus and information about daily specials.
Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS system.
Provide recommendations to enhance the dining experience through upselling techniques.
Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards.
Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and presentation.
Handle cash transactions efficiently, including basic math for bill calculations and cash handling procedures.
Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
Support host/host duties as needed,
Uphold food safety standards and adhere to all sanitation guidelines within the restaurant.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a server role is preferred
Strong customer service skills with a focus on a great guest experience/satisfaction.
Must be 21 (due to pouring alcohol)
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours.
Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous; training will be provided if necessary.
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and bill processing.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices is essential.

Pay: $15.00 - $25.12 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
