Waterfront Marine is looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Office Assistant to support our sales, service, and marina operations teams. This full-time position offers a variety of responsibilities and is a great fit for someone who enjoys multitasking, customer interaction, and being part of a close-knit team.

Waterfront Marine has over 30 years of experience in the marine industry and has been recognized as a Top 100 Dealer by Boating Industry Magazine.

Schedule & Pay

Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Occasional weekends throughout the year for boat shows and special events
Some scheduling flexibility available when needed
Starting pay: $20.00/hour

Responsibilities

Complete customer deal paperwork and assist with sales documentation
Process boat title work and registration paperwork
Register customer warranties
Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
Assist customers with general sales and service inquiries
Help support service scheduling and customer communication as needed
Assist with marina customers and slip rentals when needed
Assist with boat show planning and dealership events throughout the year
Photograph boats and assist with online listings and marketing efforts
Maintain organized customer, sales, and administrative records
Provide general office, customer service, and administrative support
Support daily marina and office operations as needed

Qualifications

Strong customer service and communication skills
Organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable multitasking in a busy office environment
Basic computer and data entry skills, with willingness to learn dealership software
Marketing or social media experience is a plus
Previous office, administrative, customer service, or service scheduling experience preferred
Marine or boating knowledge is helpful, but not required
Positive attitude and team-player mentality
