Engage with customers in order to understand their needs and provide personalized assistance
As an Entry Level Sales Assistant, conduct product demos to showcase features, benefits, and usage tips effectively
Handle POS (Point of Sale) transactions accurately, including credit card processing, as an Entry Level Sales Assistant.
Upsell products by highlighting complementary items and special offers to maximize sales opportunities as an Entry Level Sales Assistant.
As an Entry Level Sales Assistant, you’ll need to maintain excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting remote customers
As an Entry Level Sales Assistant, you’ll supervise or assist in supervising team members during shifts to ensure smooth company operations

Proficiency in English and another language (e.g., Spanish) is essential for effective communication with diverse customers
Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries politely and professionally
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to engage customers confidently
Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for transactions
