What you'll be doing:

Participate in training sessions and team meetings
Represent AT&T in retail locations
Connect with customers and help find the best wireless solutions for their needs
Explain promotions, products, and service options
Process sales and customer information accurately
Build genuine relationships and deliver an awesome customer experience
Help drive results for both our clients and our team

What we're looking for:

Strong communication skills and confidence talking with people
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Team-player mindset
Goal-oriented and motivated to succeed
Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
High school diploma or equivalent
