Since opening last May, we’ve exceeded every expectation: nights buzzing, tables full, our reputation spreading beyond Annapolis. We are getting ready for the busy summer season and beyond—and we need the best bartenders to join us.

What You’ll Do:

Deliver exceptional, upscale service to every guest—warm, polished, attentive.
Anticipate needs; know the menu and cocktails inside out.
Work efficiently in high-volume, high-energy service while maintaining precision and elegance.
Collaborate with servers, kitchen team, host staff—create seamless guest experiences.
Uphold Rumhouse’s commitment to excellence, consistency, and hospitality as a team.

What You Bring:

Minimum 5 years of bartending experience, preferably in upscale or fine dining.
Knowledge of craft cocktail service, including using tools, following recipes, and practicing refined technique, is a must.
Knowledge of classic and popular cocktails.
Deep knowledge of and passion for food & beverage – even better if you have experience with rum, spirits, and wine pairing.
High standards for presentation, timing, and communication.
Poise under pressure; ability to handle busy shifts with grace and professionalism.
Strong team spirit, positive attitude, reliability, growth mindset.

Hourly wage that rewards quality work: $23–$25/hour, depending on experience.
