Duties

Assist in food preparation, ensuring all ingredients are prepped according to recipes and standards.
Cook menu items as directed, maintaining consistency and quality.
Support banquet operations by preparing large quantities of food efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food handling and storage practices.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.
Participate in the setup and breakdown of kitchen stations for events and daily operations.
Assist with bussing dishes and maintaining a clean dining area as needed.
Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

Skills

Experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is preferred but not required; we welcome those eager to learn.
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary skills is advantageous.
Strong understanding of food handling safety practices.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment with excellent communication skills.
Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Pay: $15.25 - $17.00 per hour
