In this role, you will deliver exceptional guest experiences by providing attentive, friendly, and efficient service. Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and with enthusiasm
Showcase your knowledge of the offerings
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems Toast, ensuring timely delivery
Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and presentation
Manage guest inquiries, resolve concerns promptly, and foster positive guest relations to encourage repeat visits
Handle cash transactions accurately through Toast, including cash handling and basic math calculations
Assist with bussing tables, to ensure seamless service flow

Requirements

Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments
Familiarity with Toast POS, or similar platforms
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude and excellent communication abilities
Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume service times while maintaining attention to detail
Knowledge of food handling, sanitation standards, and food safety regulations
Previous experience in serving, host/hostess roles, or food industry positions is highly desirable
Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing; open availability for flexible night shifts is a plus

Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
