Job Summary
We’re looking for experienced, skilled, and reliable baristas to join our team. If you’re passionate about coffee, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and bring strong experience behind the bar, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and food items according to company standards.
Operate POS systems such as TOAST for order processing and payments.
Strong knowledge of espresso, milk steaming, and drink consistency
Friendly, guest-focused attitude with excellent communication skills
Ability to work efficiently during busy service periods
Team-oriented and dependable
Handle cash transactions with accuracy, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, equipment, and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards.
Restock supplies as needed and assist in food preparation when required.

Skills

Proven experience as a Barista or in the food industry, with knowledge of coffee preparation and food handling.
3+ years of barista experience (specialty coffee experience required)
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
Flexible schedule
Weekend availability is preferred.
Basic math skills for retail math, coffee operations, and cash handling accuracy.
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food preparation techniques.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
