Job Summary

Duties

Manage inventory control and food cost analysis to optimize resources and reduce waste without compromising quality.
Oversee food safety protocols, ensuring compliance with health regulations and maintaining a clean, safe kitchen environment.
Coordinate shift management by scheduling staff effectively, supervising team performance, and fostering a positive work atmosphere.
Collaborate with the dietary department to accommodate special dietary needs and enhance overall guest satisfaction.
Train and mentor kitchen staff on food handling, cooking techniques, food presentation, and customer service standards.
Implement quality control measures to uphold high standards of food production and service excellence.
Oversee catering operations, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality meals for events of varying sizes.

Qualifications

Proven experience in restaurant management or executive chef roles within fast-paced culinary environments.
Extensive culinary experience with a focus on fine dining, catering, or banquet services.

Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling and sanitation.
Expertise in menu planning, inventory management, and cost control strategies.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
