As a Wireless Sales Associate, you’ll dive into a hands-on sales training program designed to sharpen your sales skills while connecting customers with cutting-edge solutions. Through sales coaching and real-world practice, the Wireless Sales Associate masters the art of guiding conversations, ensuring every sales interaction is personal and impactful for our customers.

Responsibilities of the Wireless Sales Associate

Provide attentive Verizon Fios customer support by matching household needs with appropriate high-speed internet and entertainment services.
Excel at building quick rapport during customer engagements to effectively sell Verizon Fios residential solutions.
Contribute to strong sales performance by following up on opportunities and helping customers complete Verizon Fios purchases.
Focus on delivering value through personalized sales recommendations of Verizon Fios fiber, TV, and phone services.
Participate in daily sales activities to help expand Verizon Fios's presence in Fairfax.
Build a solid foundation in sales as a Wireless Sales Associate by learning from experience and seeking continuous feedback.

Qualifications of the Wireless Sales Associate

A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Strong interest in sales or customer service is a plus; no prior experience needed.
Willingness to learn and grow within the company structure.
Ability to answer questions and provide clear product or service explanations.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
