Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Bilingual Customer Service Representative to provide phone and in-person reception support. This role will assist clients by answering questions, providing program information, collecting fees, maintaining accurate records, and supporting department meetings, trainings, and community outreach efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service

Provide bilingual customer service by phone and in person.
Greet and assist clients in a professional, friendly, and helpful manner.
Respond to inquiries and provide program information, including eligibility criteria, admission processes, and fee assessment requirements.
Direct clients to the appropriate resources or staff members as needed.

Data Management

Accurately enter client-related information into the appropriate database in a timely manner.
Enter fee assessments and payment collections into the database.
Maintain organized and accurate electronic and physical records.

Documentation and Fee Collection

Collect fees from clients according to program guidelines.
Prepare and maintain case records, fee records, and related documentation.
Prepare reports for supervisors and other staff as needed.

Department Support, Training, and Outreach

Participate in program and department meetings.
Attend supervision meetings and required trainings.
Support staff development and program improvement efforts.
Assist with developing program brochures, outreach materials, and other literature as needed.
Support community outreach and education activities when applicable.

Qualifications:

Bilingual communication skills required.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse clients.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Ability to maintain confidential client information.
Basic computer skills and experience using databases or recordkeeping systems preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

Previous experience in customer service, reception, social services, or administrative support.
Experience collecting payments or maintaining fee records.
Experience working with community programs or public-facing services.

This position involves regular interaction with clients by phone and in person. The ideal candidate will be organized, dependable, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Pay: $20.00 per hour
