Pay & Incentives

Average Weekly Pay: $1,400 - $2,000
Top 10% Driver weekly pay is $2,100+
Annual Earnings: $72,400 - $100,800
Average Miles: 1,700 - 2,500 per week
Pay Rate: $0.65 - $0.74 cpm
Paid Orientation - travel, hotel, and meals provided

Your Schedule

Home weekends - no weekend work required
Both shifts available - Day or Night
Consistent scheduling based on freight availability

The Equipment

Late-model Freightliner, Kenworth, and International trucks
Automatic transmissions
Well-maintained fleet

What You'll Do Day to Day

Operate assigned regional routes safely and efficiently
Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Utilize ELD systems to track hours and routes
Follow DOT regulations and company policies
Communicate with dispatch regarding loads and schedules

Minimum Requirements

Valid Class A CDL
21 years or older (20-year-olds may also apply)
120+ hours of instruction from Trucking School
Ability to pass a hair follicle drug screen
No SAP

Orientation & Onboarding

Orientation lasts 1 day
