Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dependable Event Assistant to support the planning, coordination, and execution of promotional events and customer engagement initiatives. Responsibilities

Assist with event setup, coordination, and breakdown.
Support event logistics to ensure activities run smoothly.
Help manage guest registration and attendee flow.

Provide outstanding customer service throughout event activities.
Collaborate with team members to deliver successful events.
Gather attendee feedback and assist with post-event evaluations.
Represent the company professionally during all promotional events.
