Job Summary
We are seeking a part-time, on-call chauffeur to drive company-owned SUVs, vans, and stretch limousines (CDL not required but a plus). The ideal candidate is reliable, professional, and holds a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Flexible availability is required, including late nights, weekends, and occasional out-of-town trips. We prefer someone who lives in Montgomery County and/or near Rockville, MD, as many jobs are short shifts (around 4 hours) and need someone who can respond quickly without the commute being a burden. Prior professional driving experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Safely transport clients to various destinations in a timely manner.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the vehicle at all times.
Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues.
Provide excellent customer service by assisting passengers with their needs during transit.
Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and regulations while driving.
Manage schedules effectively to accommodate client requests and appointments.
Assist with loading and unloading luggage or other items as needed.
Communicate effectively with clients regarding pick-up times, locations, and any changes in schedule.

Skills

Strong driving skills with experience in commercial driving, delivery driving, or shuttle driving.
Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and mechanical troubleshooting.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality.
Experience driving box trucks or school buses is a plus.
Ability to navigate efficiently using GPS systems or maps.
Strong communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members.
Attention to detail in maintaining vehicle cleanliness and safety standards.
