What You'll Do:

Deliver exceptional customer service and personalized styling support
Drive sales through genuine customer engagement, product knowledge, and thoughtful recommendations
Build lasting customer relationships and drive loyalty
Help create a beautiful, inviting boutique environment
Support merchandising, replenishment, and daily operations
Be part of an energetic team launching an exciting new store

What We're Looking For:

Retail sales experience preferred (apparel or specialty retail a plus)
Positive, outgoing, customer-first attitude
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Reliable, team-oriented mindset
Flexible availability, including days, nights and weekends
