Quick Key Rentals is looking for a dependable and customer-focused Rental Operations Assistant to support the daily operations of our growing vehicle rental business. This is a fast-paced role for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and ensuring every customer has a great rental experience.

Responsibilities

Coordinate vehicle pickups and returns.
Perform vehicle inspections before and after each rental.
Prepare vehicles for customer pickup, including cleanliness and fuel checks.
Coordinate vehicle maintenance, repairs, inspections, and detailing.
Respond to customer inquiries by phone, text, and email.
Verify customer documents and rental paperwork.
Keep accurate rental records and update reservations.
Assist with vehicle deliveries, recoveries, and other operational tasks as needed.
Maintain a professional appearance of the office and fleet.

Qualifications

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer and smartphone proficiency.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
Available to work Monday through Saturday on a consistent 30-hour schedule.
