Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional, personalized service to every client while embodying the Stefano Ricci brand experience.
Leads the development of new customers, converting walk-in traffic to clients by anticipating client's needs and lifestyle, and by creating energy, excitement and desire around the product and brand.
Build lasting relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Maintain comprehensive product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits
Assist with visual merchandising and store presentation to uphold brand standards.
Always contribute as a team player and is willing to go above and beyond to support others.
Stay informed about industry trends and new product arrivals to better serve clients

Qualifications

4 to 5 years of sales experience in a retail environment, with a strong preference for luxury retail or high-end clientele experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build genuine client relationships.
Ability to thrive in a client-focused, team environment.
Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and ensures accuracy in every task.
Highly organized with outstanding time management skills, ensuring efficient and seamless operations.
Tech-savvy and comfortable using social medical and digital platforms for personalized client engagement.
Familiarity with luxury fashion brands and products is highly desirable, particularly within men’s tailored fashion.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
