All Staffing Warehousing is looking for reliable candidates with EXPERIENCE in unloading trucks and palletizing.

We are getting busy at our Middle River, MD location.

3* lumpers needed to (unload or load) a container and with a pay range from $76 to $88.33* per lumper per load, depending on the container piece counts, or 2* lumpers (unload/load) containers and with a pay range from $115 to $132.50 per lumper per load, depending on the container piece counts.*

Flexible / On call - Preferred
Part Time basis

Days: As-Needed/Flexible Part-Time from Monday-Friday.

Hours: Expected to work until completion.

Most loads take on average take 2 - 3 hours to complete.

REQUIRED:

Heavy Lifting is req. (up to 50lbs-175lbs) or more
On feet for an extended period of time.

Steel toe boots are required, lumping experience is required (loading and unloading)
Must have an understanding of reading labels and SKU's
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
Shrink Wrapping sorted pallets

INCENTIVE BASED PAY (Paid by the Truck or the task assigned)
NOT AN HOURLY JOB
