You'll be coordinating deliveries, supporting our sales and warehouse teams, and managing relationships with vendors and suppliers to keep product flowing reliably. This role suits someone who's detail-oriented, comfortable juggling multiple priorities, and confident communicating with both internal staff and outside vendors.

You will be assisting in overseeing procurement operations, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring the timely and cost-effective sourcing of food products and supplies. This role also includes logistics coordination, warehouse staff training, and digital systems management to support efficient warehouse and delivery operations.

Purchasing Support — Place and track vendor orders, monitor inventory levels, and follow up on delivery timing.
Supplier Research — Compare pricing and supplier options to support cost‑effective purchasing.
Logistics Coordination — Work with drivers and warehouse staff to ensure order accuracy and delivery schedules; communicate with vendors regarding timelines, discrepancies, and returns.
Office Administration — Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor accounts (utilities, service contracts, etc.).
General Support — Assist with additional administrative projects as needed in a small, dynamic company.

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
