Position Overview

Impactia Corp is seeking a motivated and reliable Events Assistant for an immediate start to support the planning and execution of in-person events and promotional activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and hands-on work.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with event setup, execution, and breakdown
Support event logistics, including materials and equipment coordination
Interact with event attendees in a professional and friendly manner
Distribute promotional materials and provide event information
Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth event operations
Maintain organization of event supplies and materials

Requirements:

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous event or customer service experience is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Team-oriented with a positive attitude
