Real Estate Administrative Assistant / Property Management Assistant (Full-Time, In-House)

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented full-time, in-house Real Estate Administrative Assistant to support our property management and real estate operations. The ideal candidate will have experience with tenant screening, property management software, scheduling, marketing, and administrative support.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Buildium or similar property management software
Experience using Monday.com(preferable) for project and task management
Previous real estate or property management experience
Real estate license preferred but not required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with QuickBooks preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Availability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed

Key Responsibilities

Assist with tenant screening, application processing, and leasing administration
Coordinate appointments, property showings, inspections, vendors, and maintenance schedules
Maintain accurate records and update property management systems
Support daily property management and real estate operations
Manage calendars, schedules, and follow-up communications
Help organize community outreach and networking events to strengthen local relationships
Create and distribute marketing materials including flyers, brochures, email campaigns, social media content, and online listings
Assist with resident and client communications
Track tasks and projects using Buildium and Monday.com
Provide general administrative support to management and agents

Compensation
Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications.
