Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders with enthusiasm and professionalism
Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages including cocktails, craft beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards
Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process cash transactions efficiently and accurately
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
Engage with guests to enhance their experience through personalized recommendations and attentive service
Manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously while maintaining high service standards
Assist in beverage recipe development and suggest new drink ideas to keep offerings fresh and exciting

Qualifications

Proven experience in food service, bartending, or hospitality industry roles; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus
Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, and beverage presentation
Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing transactions
Excellent time management skills to handle busy service periods efficiently
Ability to develop beverage recipes and showcase creativity in drink preparation
Knowledge of food safety practices and proper handling of food and beverages
Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order calculations
Previous experience with catering or banquet service is advantageous
