HDS Biz Solutions former, Hispanic Development Services is a consulting company located in Maryland, which has specialized for years working with Construction companies, helping them to register their businesses, obtaining their licenses and training to help them grow their companies.

We are looking for a responsible license processor to Review and process contractor license application for our customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel and office equipment. If you have previous experience as a administrative assistant and familiarity within our industry, we’d like to meet you.

Responsibilities

Reviews client application to ensure all information is accurate and consistent.
Corresponds with client to obtain any additional information needed.
Reviews and verifies data, such as age, name, and address and other.
Transcribes data to worksheets and enters data into computer for use in preparing documents.
Process and send licenses applications.
Organize and schedule appointments
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
