TPM Group is an established Washington, DC-based project management firm serving Federal, state and local government and commercial clients in the areas of logistics and relocation, construction and project management. We are currently seeking a temporary Receptionist with excellent interpersonal and administrative skills to support an employee transition center serving US House of Representatives personnel.

Responsibilities will include:

Proficient in performing administrative functions, with the ability to create and update office correspondence using Word, Outlook and Teams.
Experience in greeting staff and visitors, collaborating with service staff to ensure efficient center operations.
Experience in answering phones, recording/transmitting messages, and assisting in the maintenance of equipment and supplies.
Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years college or 4 years of relevant experience in an office environment.
Strong Microsoft Office skills.
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with strong work ethic to meet daily challenges of a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Temporary

Pay: $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
