We are also a leading channel partner for major providers such as Comcast, Charter, Optimum, Windstream, Verizon, and AT&T, reselling telecom, fiber internet, and TV services nationwide.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day office operations and support sales administration
Answer and route incoming calls; communicate with customers and vendors professionally
Prepare invoices, and enter payments and create purchase orders
Maintain sales tracking spreadsheets, pricing sheets, and business records, doing all purchase orders
Oversee customer account management and assist with collections as needed

Qualifications

Strong customer service and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe
QuickBooks experience is preferred
Organized, detail-oriented, and ethical
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a small business environment
