Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certification preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, focusing on personal injury claims in Maryland.
Proficiency in legal research and document management.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
Ability to multitask, organize, prioritize, handle a fast-paced environment, and manage workload with a positive attitude and minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

Assist Senior attorneys in preparing and managing personal injury cases from inception.
Conduct legal research, gather evidence, and perform document review to build strong cases.
Draft and file legal correspondence.
Communicate with clients, and insurance companies to ensure efficient case progression.
Maintain accurate and organized case files, including digital and physical documents.
Stay up-to-date with Maryland laws and regulations relevant to personal injury claims.
Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the legal team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
