Penthouse Pool and Lounge is a membership-only resort located on the rooftop of VIDA Fitness at both of our U Street and Navy Yard locations. Penthouse is a beautiful rooftop venue with a 60-foot heated pool, daybeds, cabanas, fire-pits, full service bar(s) and kitchen!

We are looking for creative and outgoing professionals who are passionate about hospitality, guest experience and culture!

Our ideal candidate will possess an eye for excellent service, quality cuisine, craft cocktails and attention to detail. This candidate will also be able to differentiate between customer service and guest experience.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of high-volume restaurant/bar experience;
Be able to communicate effectively;
Take INITIATIVE;
Be able to identify and solve problems before and after they arise;
Be familiar with hospitality POS platforms;
Comfortable with working outside;
Able to lift at least 25 pounds on a daily basis;
