Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their dining experience and foster repeat business.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
- Monitor inventory levels of spirits, beers, wines, and bar supplies; assist with stock replenishment as needed.
- Collaborate with pool bar staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods, including banquet or catering events.
Requirements
- PM availability preferred
- Proven experience in bartending or food service within fine dining or hospitality settings; previous bar management experience is a plus.
- Extensive knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, craft beer trends, and beverage recipe development.
- Proficiency with TOAST POS Preferred
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally.
- Familiarity with food safety standards, food handling procedures, and basic math for cash handling and retail math calculations.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special event days such as banquets or catering functions.
- Ability and willingness to work outside in hot and humid environment for extended periods of time.
Pay: $18.50 - $50.00 per hour
