Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their dining experience and foster repeat business.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
Monitor inventory levels of spirits, beers, wines, and bar supplies; assist with stock replenishment as needed.
Collaborate with pool bar staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods, including banquet or catering events.

Requirements

PM availability preferred
Proven experience in bartending or food service within fine dining or hospitality settings; previous bar management experience is a plus.
Extensive knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, craft beer trends, and beverage recipe development.
Proficiency with TOAST POS Preferred
Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally.
Familiarity with food safety standards, food handling procedures, and basic math for cash handling and retail math calculations.
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special event days such as banquets or catering functions.
Ability and willingness to work outside in hot and humid environment for extended periods of time.

Pay: $18.50 - $50.00 per hour
