Duties

Prepare and serve a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that enhances their overall experience.
Manage Toast POS system to process orders accurately and efficiently while handling cash transactions responsibly.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety standards and proper food and beverage handling procedures.
Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment, especially in nightclub or banquet settings, while managing multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously.
Upsell drinks and promote specials to increase sales while building rapport with regular patrons.
Assist with catering events or banquets as needed, ensuring smooth service from setup to cleanup.

Requirements

Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet environments; retail math skills are a plus for handling cash and sales transactions.
Familiarity with Toast POS system is highly desirable.
Strong time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently without compromising service quality.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
Knowledge of food safety regulations, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices.
Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and sales calculations.
Previous restaurant experience or food industry background preferred; experience in brewing or catering is a bonus.
