Summary:
This position will be responsible for providing facilities support to the Facilities Service Manager and coordinators.
Responsibilities:
Tear down and set up table and chairs for events and activities at the Washington College of Law.
Be able to assist with stage assembly, set up , tear down and transport not to exceed 60lbs.
Work with event coordinators and host on event logistics throughout the campus.
Organize, manage all event resources in supply room.
Report any broken or damaged resources to the Facilities service coordinators.
Assist with assembly, installation and storage of any new resources; chairs, tables, etc.
Perform admin duties to support the Facilities service team manager and team members.
Review all setup diagrams for planning and the position will require very little technical background, as there will be read-only access to the room scheduling system EMS.
