Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Janitor to clean a facility Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays after 5:00pm. You will be working with another individual and will need to coordinate a start time for each day with your teammate. Pay is $225 biweekly, each day is approximately 1.5hrs - 2hrs of work. We supply all chemicals and equipment.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in designated areas.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas to ensure hygiene standards are met.
- Assist with custodial duties such as trash removal and recycling efforts.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work well with another individual and efficiently with little supervision.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards work responsibilities.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting and moving equipment or supplies as needed.
- Must be able to lift at least 10lbs.
- Must be able to pass a state background check.
