Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient processing of orders within our distribution center. The ideal candidate will have experience in shipping and receiving. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the flow of goods and ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment
- Ensure all items are handled with care and packed efficiently
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the workspace
- Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment goals
Experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as a team
- Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment setting is a plus, but not required
- Excellent time management skills and a positive attitude
