Overview:
Wholesale Botanics is a small business that moved from the Portland area to Maryland in June 2024. We strive to import and distribute only the best quality ingredients (primarily essential oils) for our customers to use and are looking to expand our team with positive and hardworking team members for our Beltsville location.
Hourly pay: $17.50 - $20.00 depending on experience and responsibilities.
Monday - Friday
8:00am - 4:00pm
Duties include but are not limited to:
Responsibilities:
- Using a hand pump to fill bottles with essential oils
- Packing shipments
- Moving boxes weighing up to 25lbs
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate order fulfillment and inventory management
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain an efficient warehouse layout
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Experience:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred
- Familiarity with order fulfillment processes and warehouse management systems
- Proficiency in operating pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
- Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures, including load/unload techniques
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as packing slips, invoices, and safety guidelines
