**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and attentive Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our hospitality staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests. **Duties:**
- Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, wine, and beer, in a fine dining setting.
- Handle credit transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring that all equipment and supplies are in good working order.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to guest inquiries and requests.
- Collaborate with other hospitality staff to ensure a seamless dining experience.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge of the menu, ingredients, and drink preparation methods.
- Monitor and maintain a clean and safe food environment, adhering to all food safety protocols.
- Develop a strong understanding of the restaurant's policies and procedures.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a positive attitude and composure under pressure.
**Skills:**
- Proficiency with Retail math.
- Experience with Toast POS system.
- Strong hospitality skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Knowledge of food safety and fine dining protocols.
- Knowledge of trendy cocktails, and basic cocktail knowledge.
- Ability to work effectively in a fine dining setting.
- Strong math skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
- Willingness to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
