We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. This position is critical to ensuring efficient operations, accurate inventory management, and timely support for our crews and job sites. Key Responsibilities:
- Equipment Handling
- Manage RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) equipment, including receiving and returning defective items.
- Operate a forklift to move and organize materials as needed.
- Warehouse Maintenance
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the warehouse at all times.
- Arrange delivery of panels from other warehouses when required.
- Support Operations
- Deliver Materials to job sites as needed.
- Perform other task as assigned to support the team.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in warehouse operations or inventory management preferred.
- Proficiency with inventory management software.
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to lift and move materials safely and efficiently.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
